Total sales generated in a single live session. Revenue per show should trend upward as your follower base grows and your host improves. Flat or declining numbers mean your format needs work.

Peak Concurrent Viewers

The highest number of simultaneous viewers during a show. This measures whether your scheduling, promotion, and show format are pulling an audience. Low peaks with high followers means your content isn't compelling enough to tune in for.

Buyer Retention Rate

The percentage of buyers who return for a second show. Whatnot's platform-wide retention is 80%+. If yours is below that, something in your show format, product mix, or host performance needs to change.

Giveaway-to-Conversion Ratio

How effectively your giveaways convert viewers into bidders. Giveaways are the primary engagement tool on Whatnot, but they only matter if they keep people in the room long enough to buy. We optimize timing, frequency, and value.
