Pitted Labs

You Know Logistics.
We Know Amazon.

Amazon ended all FBA prep services in 2026. Every unit you send has to arrive compliant, or it gets rejected. We'll make sure your warehouse is ready.

Fulfillment Readiness

Your Warehouse,
On Your Terms.

Six pieces, one system. Built for brands who'd rather ship clean than chase rejects.

Custom SOPs

Standard operating procedures written for your specific catalog and warehouse — not generic templates. Updated whenever Amazon's inbound rules change.

Label Discipline

FNSKU placement, manufacturer barcode masking, Box ID matching, Pallet ID on adjacent sides. Every shipment passes a label QA before pickup.

Prep By Product Type

Poly-bagging, suffocation warnings, expiration formatting, "Team Lift" thresholds, "Sold as Set" rules. Documented per SKU so your line workers don't memorize Amazon's catalog.

On-Site Training

We come to your warehouse and walk your team through the inbound workflow hands-on. Not a webinar. Not a PDF. They learn next to a real shipment.

Pre-Shipment QA

A 10-minute scan-check before pickup that catches what receiving would have. The cheapest fix is the one that happens before the truck leaves.

Continuous Monitoring

After shipments land, we watch inbound performance metrics in Seller Central. Defect spikes get diagnosed and SOPs updated before they compound.

What's Different

What Makes FBA
Different.

FBA isn't "fulfillment with extra steps." It's a different operating model with its own labeling, packaging, and inbound rules — every one of which Amazon enforces automatically. Three categories cover most of where brands trip up.

Labeling
Every Unit, Every Carton, Every Pallet

FNSKU or manufacturer barcode on every sellable unit, with old barcodes masked. Unique Box ID labels on every carton matching your shipment plan. Pallet ID labels on two adjacent sides. One mismatch and receiving stalls.

Prep
Product-Level Packaging Compliance

Amazon specifies prep by product type: poly-bagging, bubble wrap, overboxing, suffocation warnings, expiration date formatting (MM-DD-YYYY, size 36 font), "Team Lift" labels on cartons over 33 lbs. Your warehouse needs SOPs for each.

Inbound
Shipment Plan Accuracy

Carton contents have to match the Box Content File exactly. Split shipments route to different FCs, and mixing up labels across destinations is one of the most common (and most expensive) mistakes. Cartons can't exceed 50 lbs or 25 inches on any side.

How We Work

We Set Up Your
Warehouse.

01

Audit Your Current Process

We review how your warehouse handles Amazon orders today: labeling equipment, packaging materials, QA checkpoints, and shipment creation workflow. We identify every gap between what you're doing and what Amazon requires.

02

Build Your FBA SOPs

We write the standard operating procedures your team needs: labeling protocols by SKU type, prep requirements by product category, carton packing rules, pallet build specs, and a pre-shipment QA checklist. These aren't generic templates. They're built for your specific catalog.

03

Train Your Team On-Site

We come to your warehouse and walk your team through the full inbound workflow. Hands-on: how to create shipment plans in Seller Central, print and apply labels correctly, stage split shipments by FC destination, and run a final scan-check before pickup.

04

Monitor And Correct

After the first shipments go out, we monitor inbound performance metrics in Seller Central. If defect rates spike or shipments get flagged, we diagnose the root cause and update the SOPs before it compounds.
